The Rosso Toscano Cooking School cooking courses, which are customized for its customers, are designed to involve its participants who, from the start, will be able to prepare the recipes, learning about the ingredients of Italian Cuisine and its cooking techniques. Every chef needs a big kitchen, where the taste for conviviality and the pleasure of hospitality can reign.
Every class takes approximately 3 hours, and is followed by a lunch during which the dishes can be tasted. The classes take place in Castelfalfi’s castle in our Rosso Toscano Cooking School on the first floor.
