La Querce

The La Querce farm is located on a small hill in the golf course, where you can enjoy a great view of the surrounding valley. The renovation concept includes plans to maintain the characteristics of the original structure so as to strengthen its bond with the character of the area.

A jewel of rural Tuscan architecture

The operation will see the renovation of the main building and the conversion of the annex in a guest apartment. A swimming pool will be built, for the exclusive use of the farmhouse.

Main building

From the entrance of the farmhouse you access a large, bright living area, whose peculiarity lies its beautiful renovated brick vaults. Adjacent are the dining room and the kitchen, flanked by two service areas. The ground floor also has a master bedroom and two bathrooms. A stone staircase, leads upstairs where there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, to which will be added the large master bedroom with wardrobe, private bathroom and direct access to the covered loggia. All the rooms of the floor will be embellished with finely restored wooden beams.

Annex

The guest apartment, located on the ground floor, is characterized by the typical taste of Tuscan architecture. It has a spacious dining area with a kitchen and two rooms with private bathrooms. A lovely outdoor space covered by a pergola completes the annex.

Outside

The outside parts will be embellished by the original stone and brick masonry, and enriched by typical tree species of the region, such as olive trees, laurel and the broom.
