Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.

The data will be processed for purposes related and instrumental to the performance of personnel selection activities, including the assessment of your application, the review of your qualifications, experience and skills and the result of your interview.

The personal data you voluntarily enter in the form will be used exclusively to provide you with the requested information about the Castelfalfi Golf Club.

The data to be processed are: your personal and contact data, as well as the information you have selected from those available on the form.

Recipients of the personal data

The personal data you provide will be processed by appointed personnel, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the subjects listed below and operating, depending on the data processing, as Data Controllers or Joint Data Controllers.

Your personal data may also be processed by companies that are part of the group, by third parties that provide instrumental services, including communication services, email, delivery of correspondence, technical services for the management of the Site, suppliers of IT services or, depending on the request, to suppliers of services related to the nature of the claim or suggestion.

Only the data strictly necessary to perform the related functions will be disclosed to the above-mentioned subjects. Such communications, when made outside the European Union, are made in compliance with the guarantees provided by the legislation on the protection of personal data and ensuring adequate protection to the data subject, through the signing of appropriate agreements (standard contractual clauses, Binding Corporate Rules, etc.).

PRIVACY POLICY FOR JOB CANDIDATES UNDER ARTICLE N. 15 OF EU REGULATION 679/16 FOR GENERAL DATA PROTECTION.

In compliance with EU Reg. 679/16 as amended and supplemented, the affiliates of Tenuta di Castelfalfi S.p.a., acting through their legal representative, hereby inform the persons concerned on the purposes and methods of processing of personal data collected thereby, the scope of their communication and dissemination and their nature and supply. Applicants send their CV on their own free will to Tenuta di Castelfalfi S.p.a. by means of an automatically generated e-mail and do not need to register.

PURPOSES

The personal data collected, essentially identity and curriculum data, are processed and used in full compliance with the principles of fairness and lawfulness and with the provisions of law, to follow up on the job application of the person concerned and, more specifically, to check the conditions for hiring and/or starting a professional collaboration. Only common data will be collected; therefore, the candidate will not be required to supply sensitive data within the meaning of EU Reg. 679/16 i.e. personal data that can reveal the racial and ethnic origin of the person concerned, his religious/philosophic or other beliefs, political opinions, membership of parties/trade unions/associations or of religious, philosophical, political or trade union organizations, and any personal data that can reveal his health conditions and sexual life. The only exception regards sensitive data supplied by candidates with disabilities where these are essential for the job for which they are applying, in accordance with employment law regarding persons with disabilities.

METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are processed via computer procedures or electronic means by internal entities, specially entrusted therewith. Data are kept on paper and electronic files, fully adopting the safety measures laid down in law. The data will be kept for no more than 36 months from their supply in order to allow for the selection of applications.

COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION

The data collected will not be disclosed and disseminated. Data are communicated to third parties other than the Data Controller, the internal or external data processors, only to perform pre-selection and evaluation activities relating to the possible commencement of a work relationship, fully protecting the rights of the person concerned.

NATURE OF DATA SUPPLY AND CONSENT

The supply of data is optional and is left to the candidate's choice who, without being urged by the Data Controller, submits his curriculum vitae. Non-supply of any data which are subsequently requested by the Data Controller implies the impossibility of assessing the conditions for the candidate's hiring and/or collaboration and thus the potential commencement of a relationship with the above mentioned company. Consent to data processing by the Data Controller is not required under the EU Reg. 679/16 as amended and supplemented, since processing concerns data contained in curricula spontaneously submitted by candidates for their potential hiring/collaboration.
