Toscana Resort Castelfalfi provides you with the highest standards of hygiene, service and care, as we have always done. Therefore, we have introduced a set of measures and standards to enable you to enjoy your stay at the fullest. Your only responsibility is relaxing: it’s our job to take care of your safety.

Our goal is to reach a new level of excellence and at the same time to make our guests feeling warmly welcomed as usual in Castelfalfi. We believe in travel, and authentic warm hospitality is one of our main value. Also thanks to to the wide spaces of our 1,100-hectare Estate and our hygiene and safety measures, your safety is always guaranteed.

ENHANCED SAFETY AND CLEANLINESS

The Toscana Resort Castelfalfi is meticulously cleaned and our enhanced cleaning standards continue to be regularly reviewed by the safety management team. We have introduced intensified hygiene and safety measures, which include increased disinfecting of common touch points, e.g. lobby areas, public bathrooms and elevators, and regular cleaning of all air filters and air conditioning systems. In addition, the number of dispensers have been significantly increased so that guests and employees can disinfect their hands. Special attention and care has been dedicated to guestrooms, for which we have improved our extensive cleaning procedures. Most frequently used areas, handles, devices and appliances, like TV remote controls, receive particular attention. All the existing and the new protocols have been developed in collaboration with the leading hygiene and safety consultancy Cristal International Standards® and are subject to regular audits.

EXTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAMME

Training on personal protective equipment and mandatory wear as per local guidelines are conducted. All our employees are also trained to perform safely all the assigned tasks and to promptly identify any symptom of Covid-19.

One of our main goals is to provide an excellent service level despite the safety measures adopted and to make our guests feel comfortable like at home, as they used to do. Therefore, we are working painstakingly to minimize the impacts of the new health and safety protocols on our guests’ experience. We have been able to offer alternative solutions to reduce any inconvenience each step of the way. From alternative check-in and check-out options to contactless in-room dining options; from increased and enhanced technology automation to book services and activities, to parking and housekeeping services tailored to guests’ needs and comfort - to provide a flawless service whilst in full compliance with current legislation.

Castelfalfi is a wide estate providing several luxury accommodation typologies, including hotels, villas and apartments, located in the lush Tuscan countryside. Guests can choose the most suitable option to ensure privacy, safety and a seamless service, tailored to their needs. Thanks to the variety and the dimensions of our spaces, it is not necessary to give up any comfort, enjoying the peace of Castelfalfi with no worries. For instance, guests do not have to give up a swim in the pool: thanks to the private pools of our villas and the four large swimming pools available at the hotels, it is possible to swim safely, by ensuring adequate personal spaces.
