A healthy summer walk requires many precautions, such as carefully choosing the time - never go out when the sun is vertically above our heads, but prefer the early hours of the morning or the evening - or drinking at least two liters of water throughout the day, to avoid the risk of dehydration. There are many activities that can be carried in water and it is also possible to perform them completely independently. Exercise in the pool or in the sea allows you to do fun activities and thus to have a stronger motivation: dancing to music, walking inside the pool, perform circular motions as if you were on an exercise bike... these are all useful exercises that can easily replace the exercises you normally do at the gym.
