Del Monte

Located on high, on top of a hill over the valley, Casale Del Monte offers a stunning view over the characteristic landscape of the Tuscan countryside. The renovation concept involves regenerating the main building and the annex, which both feature their own outdoor swimming pool. The use of traditional materials such as terracotta, oak and Travertine marble help to preserve the harmony of this beautiful location.

The design creates three independent apartments and a barn conversion, each with two or three bedrooms, a private outdoor area and a cellar. Each apartment also has a parking space covered with pergolas .

Apartment A - Ground floor

The entrance to the apartment, enhanced by a wooden pergola, leads into the spacious living space, featuring a kitchen-lunch area that overlooks the portico nestled in the green of the garden. A hallway leads to the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bathroom and a wardrobe. A second bathroom is available for the second bedroom and for guests.
