Business & Organizational Development Manager

If you would like to become part of our team, we are currently looking for a Business & Organizational Development Manager.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate activities related to business transformation, organizational development, and process improvement.
- Analyze, review, and optimize operational processes, approval workflows, and organizational models.
- Support the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, company procedures, policies, and operational tools.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and follow-up activities.
- Prepare executive presentations, management reports, business reviews, and supporting materials for senior leadership.
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze organizational and operational data to support decision-making processes.
- Facilitate alignment and coordination among corporate functions, operational departments, and key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of digital tools, reporting systems, and process automation initiatives.
- Participate in project meetings, coordination committees, and meetings with external stakeholders or business partners when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven ability to coordinate projects and manage cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of organizational processes, operating models, and business workflows.
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and information-structuring skills.
- Experience preparing executive presentations and management reporting.
- Good knowledge of project management and reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English.
- Familiarity with digital tools, organizational workflows, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Structured and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- High degree of accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in evolving or less structured environments.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Employment Terms
- Full-time employment under the Italian Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Turismo).
- Gross annual salary starting from €45,000.
