Olivina
Olivina is an intimate and elegant restaurant where cuisine is inspired by the land surrounding Castelfalfi. Following the rhythm of the seasons, Chef Matteo Cervini celebrates the purity of local ingredients sourced from our garden and nearby producers, transforming them into refined dishes that reflect the landscape and its authenticity. The name pays tribute to the vineyards and olive groves of these hills, as well as to the green gem cherished by the Etruscans.

Il Rosmarino - trattoria and pizzeria - is an ode to the time-honoured tradition of homely Tuscan cooking.
