Today, we cultivate 10,000 olive trees of the most typical varieties of Central Tuscany, producing a fully organic PGI extra virgin olive oil.
Thanks to the cold extraction process in our own mill and the expertise of our master oil makers, Castelfalfi’s EVO oil stands out for its exceptional nutritional and organoleptic qualities.
