Dinner in the Borgo

The Borgo's main street will be transformed into a beautiful communal table, where guests will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine before enjoying a four-course dinner paired with a selection of Castelfalfi wines.

Throughout the evening, live music will set the atmosphere while local artisans showcase their traditional crafts through live demonstrations, offering a captivating glimpse into Tuscany's rich heritage, creativity, and craftsmanship.

A memorable experience celebrating the authentic spirit of Tuscany, where food, culture, and conviviality come together in the timeless setting of the Borgo of Castelfalfi.

A four-course menu designed to celebrate conviviality and the finest local ingredients, paired with a selection of Castelfalfi organic wines.

• Selection of cured meats and cheeses with jams, pickled vegetables and Tuscan bread
• Mezze maniche pasta with fresh tomato sauce, Tuscan pecorino, pine nuts and chard
• Braised veal cheek with seasonal vegetables and creamy mashed potatoes
• Schiacciata Fiorentina with Diplomat cream and sour cherries

Dinner will be accompanied by a selection of Castelfalfi organic wines: Poggio i Soli, our Vermentino, and Casiscala, our red wine crafted from a blend of Sangiovese and Syrah.
