DRIVER

If you would like to join our team, we are currently looking for a Driver.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Drive company cars and vans used for guest transportation, including transfers within the estate, airport transfers to and from the resort, transfers to other destinations based on guest requests, and transportation for the estate management team.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team to ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
  • Welcome arriving and departing guests with professionalism, elegance, and courtesy, in accordance with luxury hospitality transportation standards.
  • Handle guests' luggage and ensure its timely delivery to the Porters for distribution to rooms, suites, villas, and farmhouses.
  • Carry out small errands on behalf of the estate management using company vehicles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Mandatory possession of a KB driving license and previous experience as a professional driver.
  • Fluent spoken English. Knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an advantage.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, punctuality, and proactivity.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel environment will be considered a plus.

 

Employment Conditions

  • Seasonal full-time contract under the AICA Tourism Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Turismo AICA).
  • Gross annual salary starting from €28,000.
