If you would like to join our team, we are currently looking for a Finance Transformation & Projects Specialist.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Tax and will play a key role in supporting the evolution of the Finance function, contributing both to reporting and data quality control activities, as well as to cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, innovation, and digital transformation.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support and coordinate cross-functional projects with financial, organizational, and technological impact.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation solutions.
  • Analyze existing Finance processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing innovative and effective solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of advanced reporting and automation tools using Excel and the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
  • Support compliance, governance, and regulatory projects related to accounting and tax matters.
  • Prepare documentation, procedures, analyses, and presentations to support management decision-making.
  • Support monthly reporting activities, ensuring data quality, completeness, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to identify anomalies and improve the reliability of financial information.
  • Contribute to the standardization of procedures, controls, and monitoring tools.
  • Support the preparation of documentation required for internal and external audits.
  • Facilitate the alignment between operational accounting activities and management reporting and analytical requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Reporting.
  • Experience combining operational accounting activities with analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement initiatives.
  • Participation in ERP implementation projects, Finance transformation initiatives, digitalization programs, or process optimization projects.
  • Strong knowledge of general accounting and Italian accounting principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
  • A continuous improvement approach and the ability to critically review existing processes.
  • Accuracy, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both operational and managerial stakeholders.

Employment Conditions

  • Full-time contract under the Italian Tourism Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Turismo).
  • Gross annual salary starting from €35,000.
