If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Office shift operations, including mentoring and training new team members
- Perform regular duties across all Front Office functions such as check-in and check-out procedures, credit card handling, guest complaints management, correspondence with guests, and guest relations activities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest relations and services
- Assist with billing and invoice preparation
- Prepare reports in accordance with Castelfalfi standards
- Update registration cards in line with Castelfalfi procedures
- Be present at the Front Office during designated shifts and provide operational support to the team
- Act as a hotel ambassador, actively engaging with both guests and colleagues
- Handle all guest complaints and feedback
Required Skills
- High school diploma or university degree
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Fluent in English
Contractual Terms
- Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
