HR Payroll Manager

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a HR Payroll Manager.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the entire internal payroll cycle through Zucchetti, ensuring overall process quality.
  • Operationally coordinate the HR team's payroll-related activities, defining priorities and operational standards.
  • Validate attendance, variable data, and payroll flows, ensuring consistency and reliability.
  • Correctly implement the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) and ensure regulatory compliance regarding labor, social security contributions, and taxation.
  • Oversee monthly and annual compliance and monitor any critical issues.
  • Manage payroll-accounting reconciliations and act as a dedicated contact for Finance and Management.
  • Prepare personnel cost analyses and reports, contributing to planning and budgeting. Ensure proper document archiving and oversee internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and optimize the use of the Zucchetti system, proposing improvements and configurations.
  • Act as a technical and operational point of contact for the HR team and for employee requests.

 

Requirements:

  • Consolidated experience (5+ years) in end-to-end internal payroll management in structured environments.
  • Advanced expertise in Zucchetti (Payroll, Attendance, Personal Data, Flows, and Reconciliations), with the ability to identify anomalies and propose configurations or optimizations.
  • Expertise in labor regulations, social security and tax obligations, and monthly and annual compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of national collective bargaining agreements and the ability to apply them to complex payroll cases.
  • Experience in payroll-accounting reconciliations, personnel cost analysis, and financial planning support.
  • Ability to define procedures, operational flows, and internal controls related to the payroll process.
  • Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, analysis functions, dataset management) and knowledge of HR reporting tools.

Contractual Terms 

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
