HR Payroll Specialist

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a HR Payroll Specialist.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage the internal payroll cycle through Zucchetti, ensuring accuracy and reconciliation.
- Manage the collection, monitoring, and validation of attendance and variable data.
- Support the administrative management of personnel (hiring, changes, terminations, benefits).
- Implement the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) and ensure regulatory compliance in operational activities.
- Manage the contribution and tax obligations required by the payroll process.
- Prepare reports and analyses to support HR and Administration.
- Ensure proper document archiving and support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with HR and Administration to align data and resolve any anomalies.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration roles.
- Excellent knowledge of Zucchetti (Payroll and Attendance) and ability to independently manage the internal payroll cycle.
- Regulatory expertise in labor, social security, and tax matters.
- In-depth knowledge of national collective bargaining agreements (CCNL) and compensation systems.
- Solid experience in personnel administration (contracts, changes, mandatory communications).
- Ability to analyze and reconcile data with a focus on quality. Excellent command of Excel and HR reporting tools.

Contractual Terms
- Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
