La Rocca is an exclusive restaurant where the thousand-year history of the castle itself meets the contemporary style of the dishes offered on the two tasting menus.

The restaurant is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
From November 1st the restaurant will be open from Friday to Tuesday.
The philosophy
Davide De Simone, originally from Sicily, started out on his career in the world of haute cuisine working in some of London’s most exclusive restaurants. Here, influenced by different gastronomic cultures, he began to experiment with his own versions of the flavours and aromas he grew up with, creating surprising, innovative combinations with premium ingredients.
At La Rocca di Castelfalfi, Chef De Simone presents two tasting menus that reflect
his personal and professional journey. "My Own Country” brings together surf and turf flavors, in homage to his roots and his evolution, while "The Tuscan Garden" is his vegetarian proposal, in celebration of the nature in his present, found here at Castelfalfi.
His philosophy is based on two fundamental principles: freshness and seasonality.
The products he uses are wholesome, zero km where possible, and they come from the estate or from local farms committed to careful, sustainable production.
Policy
- Reservation requirements: Credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation. It is possible to cancel or make changes to reservations up to 48 hours beforehand. No shows or cancellations or changes made in the 48 hours before the reservation date will be charged at € 100 per guest.

- Dress code: We do not impose a dress code on our guests. However, we ask diners to kindly refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts or sliders.
- Children: To provide our guests with an exclusive, elegant gastronomic experience, we reserve access to the restaurant to diners over the age of 16.
For a refined, elegant dining experience with children, we recommend making reservations at our Olivina restaurant. - Pets: We love to welcome pets to Castelfalfi. Unfortunately, at Ristorante La Rocca, to guarantee the maximum comfort to all of our guests, we cannot allow pets.
- Corkage fee: To ensure the highest quality experience, we do not permit outside bottles. We kindly invite you to explore our carefully curated wine selection.
- Parking: Diners can arrive with their vehicle at the hotel entrance, where one of our staff will be happy to take care of parking and to arrange their transfer to the restaurant in the village.
