Logistics & Purchasing Agent Intern

If you would like to join our team, we are currently looking for a Logistics & Purchasing Agent Intern.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Working alongside the company tutor, the selected candidate will support the team in the following activities:
- Recording invoices and delivery notes (DDTs) within the company management system.
- Supporting shipping and goods receiving activities.
- Assisting with product reordering for the various company departments.
- Monitoring inventory levels and updating related records.
- Verifying the correspondence between invoiced prices and agreed supplier terms.
- Supporting monthly inventory activities.
- Monitoring and managing stock transfers between the warehouse and operational departments.
- Verifying the correspondence between received goods and issued purchase orders.
- Supporting the management of non-conformities, returns, and supplier-related claims.
- Assisting with supplier scouting activities and monitoring scheduled deliveries.
- Verifying unloading operations carried out by suppliers and couriers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or a Diploma in Accounting.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and email management tools.
- Familiarity with logistics and warehouse management software (e.g., Navision) is preferred.
- Good command of the English language.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Team-oriented attitude and interest in logistics and procurement processes.
