On 15 August, Castelfalfi invites guests to celebrate Ferragosto with an exclusive day dedicated to outstanding Italian wines and exceptional gastronomy.
The experience begins at 1.00 pm at Galestro with an exclusive Bellavista Masterclass, led by Alessandro Massano, Brand Director of Bellavista. Guests will discover four of the winery's iconic Franciacorta labels while exploring the heritage, philosophy and craftsmanship behind one of Italy's most celebrated sparkling wine producers.
At 8.30 pm, the celebration continues at Olivina Restaurant with an exclusive Four-Hands Dinner, where Matteo Metullio, Executive Chef and Owner of the two-Michelin-starred Harry's Piccolo, joins Davide De Simone, Executive Chef of Castelfalfi, for a menu created exclusively for the occasion. Each course will be paired with Bellavista wines, offering a refined culinary journey that celebrates creativity, local flavours and contemporary Italian cuisine.
The Bellavista Masterclass is reserved for Castelfalfi guests, while the Four-Hands Dinner is also open to external visitors. Both experiences have limited availability and advance booking is required.
