People

Our people make the daily operation of our business possible and are fundamental to the quality of the experience we offer. We are committed to providing a workplace that promotes well-being, fairness, diversity and inclusion, as well as professional development, while ensuring the highest standards of health and safety in the workplace.

This commitment is reflected in onboarding and return-to-work programs, as well as training initiatives which, in 2025, accounted for a total of 980.5 training hours (an average of 2.95 hours per employee).

To foster well-being and a sense of belonging, we offer free cultural, sports and experiential activities through the “Vivere Castelfalfi” program. These initiatives are complemented by an online psychological support service, regular employee engagement and workplace climate assessments, which contributed to achieve the Great Place to Work® certification in 2025, and by support for seasonal workers through employee accommodation facilities, used by 87.6% of seasonal staff during the year.

Our activities take place in a context of continuous and meaningful interaction with local communities, which we engage through public events and cultural and recreational initiatives hosted within the Borgo. This commitment also extends to support through donations, partnerships with third-sector organizations, and projects aimed at preserving and enhancing the local historical heritage, including our own assets, which play an important role in the identity of the local community.

Our responsibility towards the local area is also reflected in contribution to local employment. Today, 64.5% of our workforce comes from municipalities located within a 50 km radius of Castelfalfi. Within this area, Montaione, the municipality where Castelfalfi is located, is one of the main places of origin of our employees, confirming the strong connection between the Company and its territory.
