If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Pool Attendant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure regular refreshing and upkeep of the pool area
- Support the supervision of cleanliness and order in all common wellness spaces
- Assist guests with the use of wellness facilities
- Provide operational support to spa therapists and the pool bar F&B team
- Manage the opening and closing procedures of the wellness areas
Required Skills
- Preferably at least one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury setting
- Good command of English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus
- Strong guest-service orientation and hospitality mindset
- Good familiarity with wellness environments and related services
- Team-player attitude
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid lifeguard certification is a plus
Contractual Terms
- Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
- Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.
