Project Coordinator MEP & Infrastructures

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Project Coordinator MEP & Infrastructures.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on the development of systems and infrastructure in accordance with the current Urban Planning Implementation Plan.
  • Design and manage the construction of: electrical substations, distribution networks, cabling, water and wastewater treatment systems, district heating, air conditioning systems, photovoltaic systems, and supervision and remote control systems.
  • Coordinate and monitor construction site progress, liaising with other company technical departments (urban planning, construction, structures, fire prevention, landscaping).
  • Manage suppliers, contractors, and external professionals: from drafting orders and contracts to preparing bills of quantities, specifications, and tenders.
  • Draft and monitor budgets and schedules. Provide technical support to business units and company departments for system requirements.
  • Coordinate extraordinary maintenance work on buildings and infrastructure.
  • Prepare technical documentation and manage the authorization process with public authorities.

Requirements:

  • Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the tourism-residential sector is appreciated.
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Driver's license (B) and willingness to travel independently within the Estate.
