We are currently looking for a Security Agent to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the internal security of the hotel.
- Patrol and monitor the entire hotel premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems from the Control Room.
- Manage and control the keys for all buildings within the property.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or equivalent establishments.
- Fluent English.
- Punctuality, strong organizational skills, and reliability.
- Flexibility and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork and guest relations skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
Employment Conditions
- Full-time employment under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism Industry.
- Starting gross annual salary (RAL): €23,800.
