SPA ATTENDANT

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Spa Attendant.

 

Main duties and responsibilities

• Manage the refreshment of the spa/pool area (including changing rooms and bathrooms)

• Assist in supervising the cleanliness and order of common areas

• Assist guests with the operation of the wellness areas

• Assist the spa therapists and the pool bar F&B team

• Manage the opening and closing of the wellness areas

 

 

Requirements 

• At least one year of experience in a luxury setting is preferred.

• Good command of English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

• Ability to welcome and serve guests.

• Good knowledge of wellness environments.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• A valid lifeguard certification is preferred.

 

Contractual Terms 

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
  • Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.

Work location: Castelfalfi (FI).
