Staff Accomodation & Wellbeing Assistant

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Staff Accomodation & Wellbeing Assistant.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Support staff check-ins and check-outs, providing useful information for local and corporate orientation.
  • Update and monitor the Staff Accommodation database, recording occupancy, availability, and movements.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure the quality, cleanliness, and functionality of the accommodations.
  • Operationally coordinate the delivery of furnishings, equipment, and materials for the Staff Houses.
  • Conduct quality checks on the accommodations and report any critical issues or need for intervention.
  • Wellbeing & Employee Experience Area Support the organization of events, initiatives, and activities dedicated to employee well-being.
  • Manage staff requests, reports, and needs related to life in the facility.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of informational materials and internal communications regarding Wellbeing and DE&I.
  • Foster a welcoming living and working experience, reporting improvements and proposing operational solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operational or support roles in structured organizational settings (e.g., HR, operations, general services, reception, secretarial services).
  • Ability to manage logistical and organizational activities (e.g., delivery of materials, set-ups, quality control, list or space management).
  • Good knowledge of English, useful for interacting with international staff.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with databases, lists, and basic digital tools.
  • Ability to identify critical issues in living spaces and report them to the appropriate departments.
  • Driving license (B) and willingness to travel within the company perimeter.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to listen, with an empathetic approach to colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds.
  • Proactivity and the ability to anticipate needs and critical issues related to life in the Staff Houses.
  • Operational problem solving and effective management of daily activities.
  • Precision, orderliness, and reliability in managing spaces and information.
  • Confidentiality in managing employee requests and personal situations.
  • Clear communication and constant collaboration with relevant departments (HR, Housekeeping, Maintenance).
  • Positive attitude, service-mindedness, and a focus on staff well-being.
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to seasonal needs and changing situations

Contractual Terms 

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
  • Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.
