Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager.

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage screening and conduct structured interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Support Hiring Managers in defining vacancies, clarifying requirements, priorities, and role characteristics.
  • Build and maintain updated pipelines to anticipate departmental needs, particularly during peak seasonal periods.
  • Contribute to the execution of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, collaborating with Marketing on content, storytelling, and touchpoints.
  • Participate in the organization of career days, open days, and partnerships with schools, technical and technical institutions, and universities.
  • Support the definition, updating, and operational implementation of recruiting process procedures and flows.
  • Configure and manage TA digital tools (ATS, screening tools, automations, dashboards) and contribute to the evaluation of new solutions.
  • Define and monitor recruiting KPIs, produce reports, and propose improvement measures.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communications, timelines, and quality feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in dynamic or complex environments.
  • Mastery of key sourcing methodologies.
  • Expertise in structured interview techniques and skills assessments.
  • Knowledge of key regulations impacting the selection process (privacy and personal data management, anti-discrimination, equal opportunity, documentary requirements for hiring).
  • Working knowledge of TA tools: ATS, screening tools, automation, and KPI dashboards.
  • Concrete experience in operational employer branding and social recruiting.
  • Fluent in English.

  • Autonomy in organizing work and managing priorities. Proactive approach focused on innovation, continuous improvement, and process efficiency.
  • Highly critical thinking and the ability to quickly identify valid alternatives.
  • A willingness to stimulate change through constructive discussion.
  • Precise data management and an analytical mindset focused on KPIs.

Contractual Terms 

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
  • Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.
