If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Wine Shop Assistant.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct sales of the farm’s products (wine, olive oil, honey) at the winery/oil mill retail space
- Cash register management and basic administrative operations
- Issuing delivery notes (DDT), managing customer care, and coordinating shipments to private clients
- Restocking and setting up product displays to ensure an appealing sales environment
- Daily upkeep of the shop and associated storage areas
- Guiding clients during tasting experiences related to wine, oil, and honey
- Active participation in events hosted by the agricultural estate
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales orientation and problem-solving attitude
- Flexibility in tasks and availability to work weekends and public holidays
- Certified knowledge in wine and/or olive oil (e.g., AIS, FISAR, ONAV, WSET certifications)
- Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in handling cash, point-of-sale systems, and basic fiscal documentation
Contractual Terms
- Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Agricultural sector.
- Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.
