Main duties and responsibilities:

• Welcomes customers, offering advice and determining their preferences.

• Maintains a respectful, courteous, and thoughtful attitude toward guests and colleagues.

• Prepares drinks according to assigned recipes.

• Assists in conducting an accurate inventory, then checking merchandise and periodically reordering.

• Reports directly to the Bar Manager, with whom he or she collaborates to ensure quality standards for all types of service, offering the opportunity for continuous professional growth.

• Has excellent knowledge of product types and mixology techniques.

• Complies with safety and hygiene regulations, always keeping the workplace clean and tidy.

• Manages payment transactions and the cash register.

 

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, gained in luxury hospitality. Experience abroad is a plus.

• Excellent knowledge of mixology techniques

• Excellent knowledge of the national and international wine scene. A Sommelier diploma is a plus.

• Knowledge of service standards • 

Fluent English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.

• Ability to work in a team

• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

 

Contractual Terms 

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
  • Gross monthly salary starting from €2,140.

Work location: Castelfalfi (FI).
