Among the various initiatives, each year before the start of the season “Benvenuto a Lavoro” takes place - an orientation programme designed to guide team members in discovering Castelfalfi’s values, services, and identity. Throughout the year, a wide range of courses is also offered, including the Official Olive Oil Tasting Course, aimed at developing skills, nurturing new passions, and contributing every day to a more authentic and mindful Castelfalfi experience.
