If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie.

 

Main duties and responsabilities

 

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes;
  • Adherence to kitchen health and safety standards and reporting any issues that arise;
  • Optimization of the cooking and preparation process, focusing on speed and quality.
  • Assume responsibility for assigned tasks in the various kitchen areas.
  • Assume responsibility for the cleanliness of the assigned area.
  • Collaborate in compiling inventories.
  • Be knowledgeable about HACCP regulations and ensure they are implemented.
  • Identify new culinary trends and techniques.
  • Complete all tasks in accordance with established standards.

 

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in 5-star hotels and/or fine dining restaurants. Experience gained abroad will be an advantage in the selection process;

• Good conversational English;

• Excellent knowledge of restaurant service standards;

• Excellent standing and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to work in a team, good communication skills, and a passion for luxury service.

 

Contractual Terms 

  • Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
  • Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.

Work location: Castelfalfi (FI).
