Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their accommodation, remaining available throughout their stay.
- Anticipate and fulfil guest needs and requests, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience.
- Prepare and arrange suites and villas according to established luxury hospitality standards.
- Escort guests from their suites or villas upon departure and assist with the check-out experience.
- Deliver in-room dining services in suites and villas, ensuring compliance with the highest service standards.
- Maintain effective communication with all operational departments to ensure suites and villas are consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure all guest deliveries are completed promptly and in accordance with service standards.
- Set up tables with flowers, decorative elements, and other amenities as required.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverage services.
- Handle guest feedback regarding their stay experience and support service recovery when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between guests and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
- Fluent English language skills; an additional European language will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Strong Food & Beverage and Housekeeping service knowledge to ensure maximum guest comfort throughout the stay.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interact confidently with high-profile and discerning guests.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and impeccable manners.
Employment Terms
- Full-time seasonal employment under the Italian Tourism Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL Turismo).
- Gross monthly salary starting from €1,700.00.
