Autumn at Castelfalfi tastes like freshly pressed olive oil
During the olive harvest, the Castelfalfi olive mill opens its doors for a behind-the-scenes look at how the olives become the first fresh olive oil of the season. A guided tour offers the chance to discover the care, craft, and tradition behind one of Tuscany’s most iconic products, followed by a tasting of the newly pressed oil.
The experience continues in the Wine Shop garden with a buffet lunch inspired by the flavors of Tuscany. Local specialties and Castelfalfi wines will be served outdoors, surrounded by the landscape and the welcoming atmosphere of the season.
The day will also include the unveiling of the fifth limited-edition olive oil bottle, created in collaboration with artist Gianni Lucchesi. Once again, the project brings together art and the land, giving a new artistic interpretation to one of Castelfalfi’s signature products.
