A Celebration of the Olive Harvest
Step into the heart of the olive harvest and discover the story behind Castelfalfi’s fresh olive oil. The experience begins at our olive mill, where you’ll see the newly harvested olives being transformed into the first oil of the season, followed by a tasting of the freshly pressed oil.
From there, enjoy a relaxed buffet lunch in the Wine Shop garden, with a selection of traditional Tuscan dishes and Castelfalfi wines served among the autumn landscape.
The experience will also mark the unveiling of the fifth limited-edition olive oil bottle, featuring a new artwork by Tuscan artist Gianni Lucchesi.
