La Rocca di Castelfalfi
The special location of the medieval castle allows privacy and privileged views over the entire estate; the presence of traditional components in the interior rooms such as wood, stone and terracotta, ensures an experience of authentic charm. La Rocca di Castelfalfi is open from Friday to Tuesday, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm (last seating).
The restaurant will close for its annual seasonal break on November 16.
Olivina

Il Rosmarino - trattoria and pizzeria - is an ode to the time-honoured tradition of homely Tuscan cooking.
Here, simplicity becomes sublime and the understated decor allows the delicate balance of humble yet heavenly flavors to shine. On the menu: succulent bistecca alla Fiorentina, wide ribbons of handmade pasta entwined with rich, velvety sauces that echo the changing seasons, and the crisp perfection of wood-fired pizzas.
