If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Hostess.
Main duties and responsibilities
• Greet guests upon arrival at the restaurant and escort them to their tables
• Manage the wait list and estimate wait times for guests
• Answer phone calls and make reservations
• Assist guests with menu suggestions and provide restaurant information
• Coordinate with waiters, service staff, and kitchen staff to ensure impeccable service
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Keep the hostess desk and lobby area clean and organized
• Assist with other tasks, as needed, such as taking takeout orders or processing payments
Requirements
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Contractual Terms
- Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
- Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.
