Main duties and responsibilities:

• Drive the Company's cars and vans intended for the transportation of guests, in particular for travel within the estate, transfers from the airports to the resort and vice versa, transfers to other locations based on the requests of guests and management of the estate

• Constantly collaborates with the Front Office departments, with the aim of satisfying all guest requests promptly and efficiently.

• Welcomes arriving and departing guests with style and friendliness, observing the operational standards relating to transport in the luxury hospitality sector

• Takes delivery of guests' luggage and ensures its prompt delivery to the Porters for sorting into the rooms and suites and villas and farmhouses where they will stay

• Carries out small errands on behalf of the company's management. using the company car

Requirements:

• KB driving license and experience as a driver essential

• Fluent knowledge of the English language at conversational level. A second foreign language will be considered an advantage

• Availability to work at any time, including nights and holidays

• Elegance in manners and friendliness, skilled in communication and relationships with others

• Great sense of responsibility, precision, punctuality, proactivity

• Role-based experience, gained in category hotels, is a plus for selection purposes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Warmly welcome guests and provide prompt, courteous service aligned with Castelfalfi’s quality standards
• Act as a knowledgeable and proactive point of reference for reservations, local attractions, spa and dining bookings
• Maintain an organized and well-equipped front desk to ensure smooth daily operations
• Prepare and manage guest documentation to support efficient check-in and check-out procedures
• Accurately record guest preferences and ensure effective communication with relevant departments
• Escort guests to rooms when needed and assist with billing, ensuring compliance with FO policies
• Promptly and professionally handle guest feedback or complaints to uphold high satisfaction levels
• Monitor cash availability for transactions and report any issues or discrepancies to the Manager on Duty
• Foster effective collaboration within the Front Office and across hotel departments 

Required Skills 

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role, within 5-star hotels and structured, international settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic and positive attitude
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and major hotel PMS; familiarity with Protel is considered a plus

• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and order of the resort’s entrance areas

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Oversee Front Office shift operations, including mentoring and training new team members
• Perform regular duties across all Front Office functions such as check-in and check-out procedures, credit card handling, guest complaints management, correspondence with guests, and guest relations activities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest relations and services
• Assist with billing and invoice preparation
• Prepare reports in accordance with Castelfalfi standards
• Update registration cards in line with Castelfalfi procedures
• Be present at the Front Office during designated shifts and provide operational support to the team
• Act as a hotel ambassador, actively engaging with both guests and colleagues
• Handle all guest complaints and feedback 

Required Skills 

• High school diploma or university degree
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury hospitality sector
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management skills
• Excellent computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new tools
• Fluent in English
