Main duties and responsibilities

• Cleaning of the rooms in support of the maids and of the common areas, following the directives of the department manager and company standards

• Support in the laundry and supply of offices with linen, amenities, etc.

• Cleaning of changing rooms

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in the same role in 4 or 5 star hotel contexts required

• Precision, attention to detail, excellent stress and time management, predisposition for teamwork, reliability, high standards of hygiene and cleanliness, good communication skills

• Basic knowledge of the English language is required, as well as a good level of Italian;

• Availability to work shifts, holidays and weekends

• Good interpersonal skills

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Supervise room and public area cleaning, back-of-house spaces, equipment upkeep, and laundry operations
• Ensure all housekeeping services meet resort standards and are delivered on time and with attention to detail
• Lead the team during daily operations and assist in onboarding, briefings, and performance support
• Conduct room and area inspections, manage turndown checks, and follow up on guest requests and special services (e.g., packing/unpacking)
• Oversee linen quality, inventory, and Lost & Found procedures
• Coordinate maintenance requests and compile end-of-shift reports with accurate handovers
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols and LQA standards across the department
• At least 2 years of experience as Housekeeping Supervisor in 5-star or branded hotels
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
• Familiarity with in-house laundry operations and housekeeping supplies
• Strong team leadership and stress management skills
• Confident user of MS Office and hotel PMS; knowledge of Opera is an asset

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the entire internal payroll cycle through Zucchetti, ensuring overall process quality.
• Operationally coordinate the HR team's payroll-related activities, defining priorities and operational standards.
• Validate attendance, variable data, and payroll flows, ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Correctly implement the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) and ensure regulatory compliance regarding labor, social security contributions, and taxation.
• Oversee monthly and annual compliance and monitor any critical issues.
• Manage payroll-accounting reconciliations and act as a dedicated contact for Finance and Management.
• Prepare personnel cost analyses and reports, contributing to planning and budgeting. Ensure proper document archiving and oversee internal and external audits.
• Monitor and optimize the use of the Zucchetti system, proposing improvements and configurations.
• Act as a technical and operational point of contact for the HR team and for employee requests.

Requirements:

• Consolidated experience (5+ years) in end-to-end internal payroll management in structured environments.
• Advanced expertise in Zucchetti (Payroll, Attendance, Personal Data, Flows, and Reconciliations), with the ability to identify anomalies and propose configurations or optimizations.
• Expertise in labor regulations, social security and tax obligations, and monthly and annual compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of national collective bargaining agreements and the ability to apply them to complex payroll cases.
• Experience in payroll-accounting reconciliations, personnel cost analysis, and financial planning support.
• Ability to define procedures, operational flows, and internal controls related to the payroll process.
• Excellent command of Excel (pivot tables, analysis functions, dataset management) and knowledge of HR reporting tools.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Ensures the management of emergency procedures when necessary;

• Manages all requests and resolves any guest issues, in line with service standards, keeping track of them for the daytime staff;

• Ensures that any complaints or requests from guests are resolved and fulfilled efficiently and effectively;

• Manages administrative procedures and produces appropriate reports, working on the Opera PMS;

• Ensures detailed and timely handover to daytime management

Requirements 

• At least 3 years of experience in a ***** hotel, in structured and international contexts;

• Ability to manage potential emergencies with control and competence. He/she holds specific certifications in fire prevention, first aid, and AEDs;

• Ability to work independently, under pressure, with professionalism and efficiency;

• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus;

• Familiarity with the MS Office suite and the main hotel PMSs. Knowledge of the Opera management system is a plus.
