If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Night Auditor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Ensures the management of emergency procedures when necessary;
• Manages all requests and resolves any guest issues, in line with service standards, keeping track of them for the daytime staff;
• Ensures that any complaints or requests from guests are resolved and fulfilled efficiently and effectively;
• Manages administrative procedures and produces appropriate reports, working on the Opera PMS;
• Ensures detailed and timely handover to daytime management
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in a ***** hotel, in structured and international contexts;
• Ability to manage potential emergencies with control and competence. He/she holds specific certifications in fire prevention, first aid, and AEDs;
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, with professionalism and efficiency;
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus;
• Familiarity with the MS Office suite and the main hotel PMSs. Knowledge of the Opera management system is a plus.
Contractual Terms
- Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
