If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Outdoor Instructor.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and lead outdoor experiences such as archery, lake fishing, and Jeep Night Safari
- Assess routes, timing, and difficulty levels based on group profiles and weather conditions
- Instruct participants on techniques, proper equipment use, and safety procedures
- Supervise activities to ensure they are conducted safely and responsibly
- Teach practical skills including map reading and basic outdoor first aid
- Facilitate team-building, leadership, and personal development activities
- Promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices
- Prepare, inspect, and maintain technical equipment before, during, and after each activity
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of outdoor disciplines and related activities
- Basic understanding of natural sciences and ecosystems
- Technical expertise with gear and equipment
- Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
- Genuine passion for nature and adventure
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning
- Fluent English proficiency
Contractual Terms
- Full-time contract under the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for the Tourism sector.
- Salary offer to be discussed during the selection process, based on professional background, market benchmarks, and company context.
