Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Organize and lead outdoor experiences such as archery, lake fishing, and Jeep Night Safari
• Assess routes, timing, and difficulty levels based on group profiles and weather conditions
• Instruct participants on techniques, proper equipment use, and safety procedures
• Supervise activities to ensure they are conducted safely and responsibly
• Teach practical skills including map reading and basic outdoor first aid
• Facilitate team-building, leadership, and personal development activities
• Promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices
• Prepare, inspect, and maintain technical equipment before, during, and after each activity 

Required Skills 

• In-depth knowledge of outdoor disciplines and related activities
• Basic understanding of natural sciences and ecosystems
• Technical expertise with gear and equipment
• Strong empathy, problem-solving skills, and adaptability
• Genuine passion for nature and adventure
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to engage in continuous learning
• Fluent English proficiency 

Contractual Terms

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Ensure regular refreshing and upkeep of the pool area
• Support the supervision of cleanliness and order in all common wellness spaces
• Assist guests with the use of wellness facilities
• Provide operational support to spa therapists and the pool bar F&B team
• Manage the opening and closing procedures of the wellness areas 

Required Skills 

• Preferably at least one year of experience in a similar role within a luxury setting
• Good command of English; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus
• Strong guest-service orientation and hospitality mindset
• Good familiarity with wellness environments and related services
• Team-player attitude
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid lifeguard certification is a plus

If you would like to join our team, we are looking for a Project Coordinator MEP & Infrastructures.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the development of systems and infrastructure in accordance with the current Urban Planning Implementation Plan.
• Design and manage the construction of: electrical substations, distribution networks, cabling, water and wastewater treatment systems, district heating, air conditioning systems, photovoltaic systems, and supervision and remote control systems.
• Coordinate and monitor construction site progress, liaising with other company technical departments (urban planning, construction, structures, fire prevention, landscaping).
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and external professionals: from drafting orders and contracts to preparing bills of quantities, specifications, and tenders.
• Draft and monitor budgets and schedules. Provide technical support to business units and company departments for system requirements.
• Coordinate extraordinary maintenance work on buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare technical documentation and manage the authorization process with public authorities.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; experience in the tourism-residential sector is appreciated.
• Excellent command of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Driver's license (B) and willingness to travel independently within the Estate.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Processes individual reservations via email and telephone
• Processes individual reservations from online and offline agencies;
• Has detailed and in-depth knowledge of room inventory, location, and layout, as well as the services offered at the Resort.
• Has detailed and in-depth knowledge of sales status, rates, and packages. Undersstands and applies the hotel's no-show and/or cancellation policies.
• Applies rates in line with the company's revenue strategy. Prepares offer and confirmation emails.
• Communicates reservation information and details to the Front Office.
• Processes changes and cancellations and promptly communicates them to the Front Office.
• Deposit processing.
• Tracks room availability on a daily basis.
• Assists with pre-registration where necessary.
• Manages daily correspondence and responds to customer inquiries and requests, adhering to the company standard of responding within 24 hours.
• Keeps the workstation tidy and adheres to grooming standards.
• Handles requested communications with the utmost courtesy and helpfulness towards customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel company
• Fluent written and spoken English (at least C1) as well as a second foreign language
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and email Excellent communication, storytelling, empathy, and listening skills.
• Results-oriented and sales-oriented
• Knowledge of the Opera PMS is an advantage for the selection process

Senior Sales Manager Leisure

Main Duties and Responsibilities

 The Senior Sales Manager Leisure is responsible for developing and managing leisure sales strategies to maximize revenue from tour operators, travel agencies, online travel agents (OTAs), and other leisure market segments. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, a proactive sales approach, and a deep understanding of the luxury and premium leisure travel market.

• Proactively identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key leisure travel partners globally.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to increase leisure room nights and revenue.
• Conduct sales calls, attend travel trade shows, and host familiarization trips (FAMs) to promote the property.
• Negotiate and contract preferred agreements with tour operators and travel consortia.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support leisure campaigns and promotions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Maintain an updated CRM database with client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and production forecasts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, reservations, and revenue management to ensure seamless guest experience and maximize sales opportunities. 

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel industry (luxury segment preferred).
• Strong network of leisure travel industry contacts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
