Environment
We invest in measures aimed at progressively improving the management of the key environmental aspects of our operations through energy efficiency initiatives and efforts to optimize the use of natural resources. Through a dedicated infrastructure consisting of wells, storage reservoirs, and a treatment plant, we are self-sufficient in our water management, both for drinking water and irrigation. At the same time, we make the most of our agricultural heritage by producing certified organic olive oil, wine, and honey, which we serve to our guests every day as an authentic expression of the local region.

People
Our people are the driving force behind our excellence every day. We invest in their growth through onboarding programs, ongoing training, and skills development, fostering a corporate culture based on well-being, inclusion, and the recognition of talent. We actively contribute to the development of the community we are part of by supporting local employment and through partnerships, social initiatives, and activities that promote the local area.

The Sustainability Report
Since 2025, we have reported our sustainability performances and improvement objectives through our Sustainability Report, reaffirming our commitment to transparent communication with stakeholders.
This commitment is reflected in the Report’s structure which is prepared on a voluntary basis and it is aligned with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
