Main Duties and Responsibilities 

• Assist customers by presenting items from the Castelfalfi Men’s, Women’s, and Home collections, delivering attentive service and a pleasant, personalized, and memorable shopping experience
• Represent and promote the Castelfalfi brand through its collections, actively contributing to sales goals in line with company strategy
• Understand luxury and fashion trends, offering client support in an engaging, courteous, and discreet manner
• Maintain the boutique, display windows, and stockroom in perfect order; monitor deliveries and inventory levels, promptly reporting sold-out items or other relevant information for restocking
• Apply procedures for shipping, returns, and follow all company policies and guidelines, including those related to health, safety, and privacy 

Required Skills 

• Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector
• Excellent command of Italian and English; knowledge of a third foreign language is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
• Professional demeanor and impeccable personal grooming

Main duties and responsibilities

• Manage the refreshment of the spa/pool area (including changing rooms and bathrooms)

• Assist in supervising the cleanliness and order of common areas

• Assist guests with the operation of the wellness areas

• Assist the spa therapists and the pool bar F&B team

• Manage the opening and closing of the wellness areas

Requirements 

• At least one year of experience in a luxury setting is preferred.

• Good command of English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

• Ability to welcome and serve guests.

• Good knowledge of wellness environments.

• Ability to work in a team.

• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

• A valid lifeguard certification is preferred.

• Welcoming guests and assistance in orientation and use of the SPA facilities and environments

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Delivery of treatment protocols in line with the spa brand to ensure the very best in spa experiences
• Provide a warm and friendly yet professional manner to all guests
• To be aware of guest’s individual needs and requirements
• Responsible for the spa reception in absence of spa receptionist
• Taking phone calls, bookings and making spa appointments
• To work towards the financial goals set by the spa manager in terms of retail and treatment targets

    Requirements

• Previous experience on the role in luxury Spa business, either a destination spa and/or a luxury hotel is a must
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. The knowledge of a third European language would represent an advantage
• High technical spa operation knowledge
• Deep technical knowledge of a wide variety of treatments
• Knowledge of state of the art Spa trends in the luxury hospitality industry

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Support staff check-ins and check-outs, providing useful information for local and corporate orientation.
• Update and monitor the Staff Accommodation database, recording occupancy, availability, and movements.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure the quality, cleanliness, and functionality of the accommodations.
• Operationally coordinate the delivery of furnishings, equipment, and materials for the Staff Houses.
• Conduct quality checks on the accommodations and report any critical issues or need for intervention.
• Wellbeing & Employee Experience Area Support the organization of events, initiatives, and activities dedicated to employee well-being.
• Manage staff requests, reports, and needs related to life in the facility.
• Contribute to the creation and dissemination of informational materials and internal communications regarding Wellbeing and DE&I.

Requirements:

• Experience in operational or support roles in structured organizational settings (e.g., HR, operations, general services, reception, secretarial services).

• Good knowledge of English, useful for interacting with international staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with databases, lists, and basic digital tools.
